Lorsque je suis arrivé, à 21h30, la réception m'a informé que les deux restaurants ainsi que la buvette étaient fermés (trop tard) et que le room service était inexistant. Il y a un manque d'hygiène dans les vestiaires de la piscine où le maotre nageur fume et jette ses megots parterre. Personnel lent et non motivé.

This is a nice new hotel in a convenient location for business in Ruian and Wenzhou. The room was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, everything worked. Staff were friendly, though some struggled with English - we got by with gestures, smiles and translation apps ! As you would expect, breakfast was mainly aimed at the local market but there was still plenty for western tastes. My only problems were : room service is only available via a Chinese language app unless you visit the lobby bar. An English version of the app would have been helpful. laundry service was not up to scratch - my clothes came back a bit battered and rolled up in the bag I sent them in there was no restaurant for dinner suitable for the single business traveller that I could find, only private dining rooms. Other guests told me that they arrived at 9pm and couldn't get food at all. I would recommend this hotel as the problems above are relatively minor and will no doubt soon be resolved by Management.

环境不錯。房间也很整洁,特别是洗手间很先进,像日本的座厕,且有特别的玻璃可以調較
