The room was clean but the bed was not finished being made the blanket and comforter showed up about 5,For a king size room and 2 people staying they only had 2 towels and the toilet paper was almost gone when we got there thank goodness For the price of the upgrade to have a room on the ground floor not worth it since they were not full. I carry my own!!! Ran out of Kleenex the fridge worked great, the pool was great the afternoon staff was great!!! The breakfast was Great! Sorry to say we have stayed there more than 5 times and this is the first time extra charges have been added to the bill and it will proably be the last time we stay!

If we moved you from a standard room to one with a sofa bed, please note that there are standard upgrade fees, which are only waived for Platinum and Diamond Wyndham members. Bed sheets must be changed for new ones. They were wore out. Also the sofa had stains all over it. Thank you!
