Publié le 10 août 2020 sur HotelsNous n'avons pas dormi sur les lieux, l'appartement n'est pas conforme aux photos le regles covid non respectées, un lit en 160 avec un matelas en 140..l'appartement était en bazard et lits non faits avec des anciennes bouteilles d'eau vides ou gobelet bière usagé.
Plus de machine à laver comme sur photo et fils électriques sortant des murs non protégé à hauteur des jambes et autres.
Enfin bref mêmes problèmes signalés sur d autres sites depuis au moins 2 ans et rien est fait.
Donc tellement pas rassuré et encore moins avec les déchets en bas de l immeuble que nous avons du payer et partir.

We never got to stay here as despite a confirmed reservation it was full. The owner never answered the phone and expedia still haven't handled a refund or explained why its taking so long or why their comms is terrible eithet. Its been 6 days... we did have to find somewhere else to stay, in the early evening with 2 hungry kids. Quite stressful!

The property has recently been acquired by Spiros, who is amenable and kind to work with, but it looks as though it is a work in progress and maybe opened a season too soon. The grounds were not kept well, overgrowth and a general sense of no grounds-work being done was consistent. An exterior tour of the property showed numerous discarded large items as well as threaded bolts coming out of the concrete ground (presumably from previous lighting fittings) that could pose an injury hazard to guests.
The room has serious concerns as there was clutter and extra materials which appeared to have been left behind from the previous owner/occupant. The cabinetry and contents were dirty and cooking pots had mold. There was a seating area which was unsafe and only hidden/covered by padding and a blanket—but could not be used in any capacity safely. That was very inconvenient when it’s the only real seating other than a dining table. One of the chairs which came with the dining table had nails protrouding through the base and was unsafe to use. The beds were comfortable, the pillows gave me a serious neck-ache, however. The air con worked well, so that was a huge plus. What was VERY inconvenient was having the power cutoff for a few hours with no notice; especially inconvenient when you have children and refrigerated items. :/ Worse still was having water cut off for a full 24 hour period. While Spiros worked hard to get that fixed, 3 kids and 2 adults went a full beach and pool day a

Spyros gentilissimo in tutto appartamento utilizzato solo per una notte vicino alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti. Appartamento nuovo.
