Our first time there and our experience was very bad The rooms was very dirty and not clean bathroom was very disgusting contact the manager several time Nuttin got done after 4 days then received a safe in the room tv wasn’t working construction was goin on and still have customers stay there in the hotel is should be close while doing work unsafe for ppl .. management need to change.. this place could be really nice if u have ppl who care .. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come there it’s terrible.. u need to check on your room and see how house keeping clean I was shock to see how they clean I can’t bring my kids there this place too dirty and I’m asking for my refund

My sincerest apologies your first experience had to be that way. Building 2 was closed for renovation and the cleaning of rooms has been investigated to ensure these do not recur. Thank you for your feedback.

Room was not what was advertised. Dirty , dusty an bathroom smell stink. The pool is a public pool.an not just the resort pool. The surroundings filthy. The breakfast limited to only 1 dish an thats it, eat it or go get something else. If you dont drink coffee or milk, go buy yourself a water, cause thats not even an option. Face basin used for filling water, brushing teeth etc. The tv has no cable or even connecting to local stations. 23.08.24

The receptionist was very helpful and prompt with her service. The pool area and bar was nice but limited food was available at 730pm. The room had a moldy smell, had no phone if I wanted to call the front desk. We saw couple cockroaches in the room.
