Publié le 29 juill. 2014 sur HotelsHotel très agréable comme son personnel. Chambre spacieuse et propre, lit très confortable. pas grand chose à faire autour mais c'est West Bend ! Manque peut-être un bar pour boire un verre le soir....sinon très bien. J'y retournerai

Petit déjeuner très bon.
Piscine intérieur superbe mais non chauffée donc courage !
Situation très loin de milwaukee les 11 km annoncé sont à la limite de milwaukee mais pas du centre ville compter une heure pour vous y rendre.
Hotel très calme.

Unfortunate bathroom problem
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe spent Friday and Saturday night at the Hampton Inn. On Saturday, our toilet backed up. I went downstairs to report this and said I needed it fixed right away. The person at the check-in desk didn't seem to know how to handle it. I was downstairs for 5-10 minutes. When I went back to my room, I noticed the door was unlocked. When I went in, the person from the front desk said that it was merely slow running and that it would eventually all go down. From Saturday through Sunday when we left, we were unable to flush the toilet. I mentioned it to the front desk first thing Sunday morning and was told they didn't have anyone on staff to deal with it. Things like this should have been addressed immediately, even if they had to call in a plumber from the community

I rented 3 rooms each for 2 nights at $250/night for my daughter’s wedding taking place in the area. I booked these rooms 10 months in advanced based on the high ratings Expedia provided. Unfortunately the night of the wedding my daughter returned to their room to see and smell vomit outside her room. Someone had vomited in several spots in from of their room. To deal with it the staff placed towels over it. My daughter thought staff was taking care of it and went in her room to bed from such a long day. They actually did nothing else. Throughout the night they could smell the vomit. I think the staff should have switched the room if they weren’t going to clean it up. As you can imagine by morning the smell was so much worse when they were leaving. I unfortunately was not made aware of this till after their return from their honeymoon, I would hope in the future a hotel of this caliber would have a rug cleaner to deal with such episodes in the future.

It is not typical that things like that aren't dealt with properly, and I will definitely be looking into what happened that this wasn't cleaned appropriately and immediately so I can address it with the correct team members. Second day. Room not made up. Used towels on floor. Beds not made. No coffee for next day, etc. Front desk said we clean every other day unless you ask for it. This is a Hampton Inn???

Please know that unless otherwise requested, Hilton's brand standard is every other day room service. This is referenced on the paper in your key packet as well as the cling on your mirror in the bathroom. We are happy to perform it every day. Please also note that if you did request service, and the bed wasn't made up, that is usually due to personal belongings being left on the bed.
