The hot tub was empty, which was a major disappointment upon arrival because it’s the only reason I chose this hotel. The pool was fine. The room was a bit dirty and there were some slightly imperfect smells, but nothing too terrible. The deadbolt on our room was not usable. The breakfast was adequate and the coffee was actually pretty decent compared to most hotels. For the price it was ok, but still so bummed about the hot tub.

Staff were very kind and helpful. But toilet bowl was not scrubbed. Corner of floor in bathroom needed cleaning. I expect things were sanitized, just not scrubbed or polished. Linens and towels were fine. But hot tub broken and drink machine removed and not replaced. Bathroom sink drain slow. Clean enough to be safe, but needed a deep clean.

I would not stay here again, the room smelled of mildew and was not the most clean.

When we got into our room we found a crack pipe in it!!!!!!! The hot tub in the pool room is broken and that was the main reason I booked this hotel as it had one! The whole hotel stinks and is out dated and the breakfast area is filthy. The door to the garbage can is covered in old cakes on food! Completely disgusted!
