Marcy and Walt are wonderful hosts and always available to answer questions. They made us feel right at home from the start. Their home as well as the setting is very peaceful and relaxing but in close proximity to all area attractions. Breakfast was beautifully presented and
delicious. This historic home is very clean and comfortable.
We highly recommend it.

Happiness is a great B & B

Marcy and Walt ( host & hostess) know the true value of providing great service traditionally found in a bed & breakfast! Marcy serves a fabulous breakfast that kept me going most days til dinner. The location is surrounded by lots of things to do and see. I highly recommend this b & b and would definitely stay again.

This 1700's era property was well maintained and appointed. The breakfast was delicious, and the hosts could not have been more welcoming. Loved sitting on the rocking chairs out on the wraparound porch!

Owners are truly nice people who go out of their way to accommodate their guests. Would definitely recommend this B&B to people staying in the West Chester area.

Beautiful house with friendly hosts

Pour : We liked the generous, well cooked, breakfasts served by both warm, courteous proprietors. The house itself has a historical charm to it.
Contre : The top drawer of the antique bureau stuck when opened. The shared bathroom was cramped.
Emplacement : We were visiting family 10 miles away and found this a perfect location. We didn’t utilize any of the local attractions, but enjoyed the rural setting
My wife and I make a yearly trip to visit family about 10 miles from the Folke Stone B and B. The house is a very well remodeled old stone house from the 1730s. It has a number of walk in fireplaces, large exposed beams, wide plank floors, antique furnishings, and beautiful stonework outside. If the weather hadn’t been unseasonably bitter cold, we would have taken advantage of the discounted admission tickets to the spectacular site of the Longwood Gardens not far away. We’ve always gone to generic motels in the past to save money, but for a little more we got a truly delightful, memorable, stay with friendly hosts and a real breakfast - not the packaged muffins, unripe bananas, and presweetened Creamora syrup of the past. I’m very happy to have ventured to this lovely, place, and will come again.
