It’s rare that there isn’t a thing positive to say but the staff were unfriendly and not helpful; the hotel is run down; there were many drunk people in the pool; there was only a “gas station” quality breakfast and no other food available; our bathtub was clogged. Honestly, it was awful,

This place sucks
Publié le 25 janv. 2020 sur HotelsCustomer service is horrible as well as the hospitality of this resort. The manager is rude and hector at the front desk was disrespectful. I would not stay here again.
The resort is really nice especially all the different pools and hot tubs.
