i spent 3 wonderful weeks in roots the hosts were brilliant ive had 3 holidays in senegambia never again everyone should give the beautiful kafuta and surrounding areas a chance you will not fregret it gary from england

This guest did not stay at our lodge. They did no research into our area, nor did they ask us any questions regarding our lodge, our village or what we have to offer. Upon their booking I reached out to them regarding their stay but heard nothing back from them until the day before they were due to arrive. Of course our lodge was not suitable for them as they wanted to be in a city and we are way out in the country!! Their review of our property is not just. It was their own fault for not doing any research on where they were coming to stay. If they had answered my messages, I could have given them info and let them know that maybe they would be happier in the city. Hopefully they have learned something so that next time they make a booking it will be in an area that they want to be. Giving a bad review for a place they didn't even stay at is not fair.
