This motel had numerous long term residents. The administration was very good to accept recommendations to improve the property. Our unit had previously long term people occupying our room.

Given your right off of a freeway (Which is at your discretion) This was a decent stay. Bed was comfy plus NO BUGS. Would book again if in area. No pool. Vending machines (a little Pricey) plus Landry machines onsite was a great touch. Parking lot well lit.

Well lit, extremely clean rooms, comfortable beds, and just all around good motel

Stayed for 1 night. The room was clean. They appear to be making upgrades. It is a decent place to stay for the money. The staff was very friendly.

When I checked on a Thursday evening, I was told, if I needed the room serviced, to put a request in by 9am Friday morning. So I asked right then and there. I was told they would do it Saturday because the room was just cleaned. The room was not clean. I walked across the room in my bare feet and the bottom of my feet were black. There was no soap or any other standard toiletries. I had to walk back down for towels. They could not bring them to my room. There was lot of noise from the construction workers on site. The laundry room that also had a vending machine in it smelled strongly of urine and there was no water in the vending machine even after I reminded them the day before. On that Saturday, I left the room at 9 am came back at 10 mins to 4PM and the cleaning staff had just got there. The women had just started the bathroom and the beds had been stripped but there were no sheets or bedding. We needed to shower ( the heat and humidity was unbearable) as we had a football/soccer match to get to. So we had to ask her to leave and come back in 30-45 mins. The manager showed up asking what the problem was and told me their staff needed to leave soon. I showed him the bottom of my feet and said this is not ok, this should have already been done since it is after 4PM. With it being a sold out weekend, this was the only option. I would not choose to stay there again. And they were also taking advantage of this by charging guests $500 a night.
