Physically threatened me and was forced to call the authorities on these guests. They left a few hours into their stay after demanding a full refund due to the fact that there were “not enough other guests staying on the property.” We are undergoing renovations in many of the rooms which I explained, which is why our place is currently only listed on vrbo. After trying to assist them with their displeasure, I was threatened physically/shouted at with extreme vulgarity. They later came to try and apologize and said they would like to stay but explained I had to do what I had to do regarding the incident. Would not recommend these guests to any hosts, and not sure how they are able to maintain an account with vrbo.

Fort Recovery Beachfront
Publié le 31 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayExcellent management and staff. Rooms cleaned daily. No insects, even in the kitchen. Only issue is with Expedia listing showing restaurant on site when in fact it has been closed since 2017.

Loved the Villa at Fort Recovery

Excellent position providing quiet and private location, at least for rooms at the front position by the coast.

WOW - What a honeymoon!
Publié le 13 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWhat a gem this place is, sitting right in the middle of so many great island destinations, the Fort Recovery Villas were spectacular and the service even better. Justin and his team were so accommodating and kind towards my wife and I, really making us feeling welcome and locking in both of us for a future stay.
Tortola as a whole is such an incredible paradise and we just adored our time at the Villas.

Hidden gem of tortola
