Pour : Emplacement et la tranquillité
Contre : Personnel au restaurant plus souriant
Emplacement : Repos de 2jours après 1 semaine de voile, alors nous n'avons pas exploré les alentours
2ieme expérience pour cet hotel qui est situé sur la plage, eau turquoise et sable fin, possible de faire du surf .
Le service est lent, surtout au restaurant, compter 1h pour recevoir votre commande et le personnel n'est pas trop souriant.

Careful! They are in BAD FAITH!!!

As soon as we arrived, they said "the drama!" whispering to each other (????)...
We originally booked a room via hotels.com one month ago, and paid the total price.
So, at the front desk they said that I called them (???) to cancel, I answered them it was not true, I didn't call them. So they said that my husband called them (???) to cancel, and it was not true. So then they said that Expedia (???????) called them to cancel, it was not true because we never used Expedia??? Then they said that anyway they didn't have any room available for us????
We paid the total price of the room. They just chose to give our room to people who were staying longer than we did (we booked only 1 night) and they tried to deny everything and said it was our fault!!!! We were obliged to find another hotel room by ourselves!
They refused to pay us back because they said we cancelled that long ago and then they didn't have our money. I called hotels.com to talk about this INCIDENT. I am sure that it is not the fault to hotels.com but the fault to the hotel itself (bad faith).
I thought it was IMPORTANT to write about that on tripadvisor to warn people. I wouldn't like that other people had this INCIDENT also... So BE CAREFUL!!!

Pas aussi bien que les photos du site

The property is right on the beach, restaurant/bar on site & water, snacks, sunscreen available in office for purchase.

I couldn’t have chosen a better hotel for my quick weekend trip. I love that the hotel has its own beach. Love the room that I got. Love that their restaurant is just downstairs. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. The people of British virgin island are very friendly. On my next visit. I’m definitely choosing this hotel again.
