Great place on the water.
Publié le 24 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay. The house was located on a nice stretch of beach. We watched sunset most every night. House was very spacious and kept up nice. Some minor issues with the stove but Daniel ( local handyman) was there quickly to check it out. It was well equipped with a lot of kitchen cooking items. Close to the airport, liquor store and Grocery store

Worst villa experience ever
Publié le 24 août 2024 sur HomeAwayConstant surveillance and intrusion from the host and his girlfriend living in the adjoining property. Turns up unannounced smoking from our sun loungers, diving with his friends from our property. The washing machine was inspected daily to see if we were utilising a full wash, blamed for causing damage to his pool that was already there. Doors on property wouldn’t lock, informed on Day 1, never fixed, we were told they don’t need to be locked. The host is paranoid about how much the electricity and water is costing him, then finally evicted us on the last day, after breaking a house rule he has invented. Constant harassment and threatened with the police. When I remained unconcerned about the police he decided to follow us around the island. Creepy!

We have 5 properties which we have been renting for 15 years. We have over 250 guest reviews listed on the VRBO website, 61 are for this property. Prior to this guest 60 of those 61 reviews have rated us 10 out of 10
Speaking to our potentials guests; we will not defend anything this guest has written about the property or us and we will allow all of our other reviews to speak for and about the accommodation and us. 100% of what this guest states has no foundation in reality or fact and he once again demonstrated to me his lack of any decent human qualities and his ability to take ownership in his poor choices and decisions. This man has many physiological issues.
Speaking to property owners: Please be aware that Alan feels that it's okay to leave doors open while he has the AC set at 68 degrees. Signs around the pool state ’no diving’ his children were diving in the shallow end of the pool. A major issue was when he choose to Scuba Dive with his daughter in the pool with full gear which included 40 pound steel air tanks. They chipped up the fiberglass pool. $900 worth of damage. I brought the situation to the attention of Alan he immediately called me a liar and stated that I have been waiting for people to scuba dive in the pool so I could blame them for the damage. People make mistakes and damage can occur, it’s kind of expected and part of the business. However, when you have to deal with someone like Alan you will regret having rented to him. Do not rent to him!

Cayman Brac

Great location, awesome host
Publié le 14 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe came to scuba dive and climb as a family. Location is perfect for Brac Scuba Shack. Henry was very responsive and helpful in renting a car and making recommendations for the area. Sasha bought groceries for us so the kitchen was stocked. They both checked in on us. The location is quiet. Perfect get away from crowds and noise. Ocean is the backyard. The pool and hammocks are shared with a connected suite. I cooked every evening except one. The kitchen has all you would need. One of our favorite family vacations!

Superb Secluded Sunsets
Publié le 10 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful five days as this fabulous spot. Henry and Sasha were very welcoming and the house had everything we needed. The location is truly spectacular with a constant breeze from the sea and plenty of places to sit outside. It’s also close to a supermarket and restaurants. We loved Captain’s Table and Le Soleil d’Or. This was a great place to be based to explore the island and Henry helped with a car rental from 4D’s. We all loved it and hope to return.

Thanks so much for your kind words. Sasha is a gem and loves to help guests out whenever she can. Le Soliel D'or has been building a great reputation. It's nice to finally have a 5 star restaurant on the island for those special occasions. Hope to see you back soon.

Great place
Publié le 25 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayOur group consisted of rock climbers, scuba divers and snorkelers. Stayed here 1/15 - 1/21/23. Secluded Sunsets was great. There are actually (3) separate dwellings on the same property, we stayed in the largest one. People on the island know Henry (owner), Henry can help with whatever you need to know about the island. Great location, close to everything except the rock climbing. Great place to stay on Brac

Great quiet place on the beach.

Is very quiet and has everything you need to relax and enjoy.
Place is on the beach with Kayaks and amazing snorkeling right out the back door.
Henry & Sasha are very inviting and accommodating.
We will be back

WOW a WONDERFUL Place

So helpful and genuinely taking care of us during our stay. Totally RECOMMEND this place. We WILL be back!!!!! Thanks Henry and Sasha. HUGS to you both
