Nice location, friendly staff especially front office and the Manager. The place is quiet and rooms very spacious. Need to improve breakfast options also the staff at breakfast need to be more brisk and prompt- they were very slow and sleepy on all the days I stayed!

The only hotel in Tura and there is no escape. High prices compared to the facilities available.

The hotel did not have our booking confirmation that was done on line through your portal. However, they were nice enough to accommodate us as rooms were available. Net connectivity was very poor and therefore we could not confirm our booking to them even after informing them of our Confirmation No. which is 8076085019816. Next day the net connectivity improved and I could inform your portal of our problem. I was told that the problem arose as the Hotel Polo Orchid had changed their e-mail ID without informing hotel.com which the Manager of the hotel flatly denied. Our stay at the hotel otherwise was quite comfortable. Also, hotel did not have much information on places of tourist interest in and around Tura.

Its not Value for Money, only rooms are spacious rest nothing special.
