Location was great, next to club. Price was reasonable. Lot of construction work happening atm, room is good size, just need a thorough clean

only down side was the construction happening at the time of my stay. Noise was not an issue, just the state of the driveway.

Very convenient for Central Coast area with the added convenience of Gosford RSL next door. Plenty of parking available and good service. I recommend this as a really good Motel.

This property is connected to a newly rebuilt substantial RSL Club and in what is primarily an area for bulky goods stores and gateway traffic somehow finds a quiet spot on substantial creek-side with sportsgrounds on the other side.
The Club makes for which you receive complimentary membership if staying at the motel is extremely well-priced with good dining options.
This area has a range of old-fashioned motels that really no longer meet standards, but is actually underserviced with accommodation, and can regularly sell-out on weekends. Galaxy has always been a haven amongst these options and whilst accommodation in the area isn't particularly cheap, Galaxy is excellent value for its quality compared to other options.

We have stayed at the Galaxy on numerous occasions. The bed was comfortable, the room clean. I felt small things let it down. Under the bathroom cupboards, I could see where it hadn’t been cleaned right underneath. The door frames needed a touch up. No breakfast menu in the room. I requested a third towel which did not arrive.
Current work to the new parking area of the RSL Club has left the access road with many potholes. Don’t get me wrong we will stay there again. Access to the Club to the Club was very good. Breakfast available at the Club till 10.30am, which wasn’t bad.
Great to meet Helen at Reception.

Great rooms. Parking very difficult to find but we parked right next to our room. RSL was just outside our room and lovely venue. Great place to stay and will be better when the new works are complete

The area around the property is under construction.
Overall, the property itself is great, clean rooms, convenient location and pleasant employees.
The biggest and best RSL is right out front, too.
This will be a fantastic property once the renovations to the RSL are complete!
