It was close to the waterways for a nice walk, also within walking distance from many places to eat, including a recently new amazing RSL, places to shop and supermarket. Reception staff were nice, place outside and inside was clean. Only negative was the bed was a bit firm, but other than that it was all good.

Staff very friendly, clean and comfortable room with everything we needed. Affordable price compared to other motels nearby.

Parking was a plus as i had a large transit van.
For work, I usually stay at budget accommodation as I have night work and stay 1 -2 nights. I was suprised at this place as they have upgraded the rooms from when I stayed over 7 years ago. Reasonably quiet for motel on main road. Receptionist was helpful regarding places to eat and also prepared to extend checkout to 11am as i got back at 5am. On the whole, I would recommend as a place to stay for working tradies like me.
