Publié le 30 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay in Kelowna. The property was in a great location for visiting wineries in the area. We enjoyed using the clubhouse facilities and Susan was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had.

Quiet and well stocked
Publié le 26 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayHost is super helpful and quick to respond. Condo is in a quiet area and hardly even saw other people at the complex. Indoor parking was nice.
Wonderful welcome basket with treats and lots of great books and pamphlets for area attractions.
Furniture wasn’t great for hanging out- not really comfortable and the chaise is showing its age, cracked faux leather and black tape covering splits. No light towards the sliding glass door so hard to read or anything in that area of the living room. A couple minor touch ups would be nice. The bed wasn’t fantastic.
Overall, it was good, quiet and easy to get around town from there. The patio looked lovely!

Thank you for the review. I’m sorry you found the furniture a little uncomfortable, I definitely went for all leather over the oversized cloth couches that are comfy and you sink into. Mainly my priority is easy to clean. I bought the place around Covid so I wanted to be sure that everything was wiped down and super clean every time furniture included. Nothing worse than pulling out a disgusting pull out mattress that looks like it’s beenq used 100 times. It has been brought to my attention the pull out leather couch isn’t super comfy, again I need clean to be top priority but I will look into other options. You’re correct about the chase, it saw a lot of wear and tear this summer. With the high turnover I didn’t have a chance to take it out but it’s already been replaced and a reading light has been added to that corner. I actually have been meaning to do that. As far as the beds go I’ve never had a complaint and made my own family try them as I know they would tell me the truth. I’m sorry you found it uncomfortable. I’m glad you found a lot of positives in the place as well and I hope you make it back.

Hi there, I’m disappointed to say the least to receive my only review ever that has been less than 4 stars with no real explanation. I reach out upon arrival to make sure everything is good….clean…etc. I did that with you and received no negative feedback at all. If there was a problem I would have fixed it asap. I’m sorry you felt the need to give it one star, I take a lot of pride in this place. I hope you had a nice time at the wedding and I’m sorry you didn’t give me an opportunity to fix whatever issues you had

The cushions on the patio set are a little tired and a bit of a clean up for the deck itself would be better. Guess that was two, but all in all the place was lovely....Cynthia and Friends....

The property is beautiful and in a quiet area. The view from the balcony is wonderful!

Great appartement

However the sofa bad was awful and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Other than that a good place to stay particularly if you made use of the clubhouse

The home was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and scenic getaway!"
