Terrible hotel, even worse staff. Was given dirty bath towels and staff refused to replace them. First they said they didn’t have the key to the room. Later, the excuse was there simply were no clean towels. Then, they asked for proof of the dirty towels and upon seeing the dirt, I was offered 2 hand towels and promised more when the maid returned at 9:30am. But the next morning, they said I had to wait until the maids did the laundry. They eventually brought me a set at 10:30. I was checking out in 30 minutes. Don’t stay here. Ever.
