The hotel is within 10-20 min of the major Memphis sites. The hotel is right off the highway and is quiet and safe. The breakfast was good but not great. But we definitely made it work.

Bathrooms were filthy. Hair (yes that kind…) all over toilet and floors. All the tile floors were sticky and the carpet felt damp. The showers had mold and mildew everywhere. The sink had grime all under it and obviously hadn’t been cleaned under in months. The eggs at breakfast were runny, very undercooked and the sausage was burnt. The coffee had an unpleasant gelatinous film floating in it that I literally had to spit out. Would NEVER stay here again.

There was hair in our sink and shower. The hair was not ours as it clearly belonged to someone of a different race. The breakfast was subpar at best and we had to spend money on breakfast. I intentionally chose a place with breakfast, so I was disappointed with the brown and serve sausage, runny eggs, and my son said the waffles tasted strange. He didn't eat it. Shared areas were clean. The staff was exceptional. And I felt safe at this location. Overall, it is a nice hotel and I would stay again l. But the breakfast and attention to cleanliness needs to improve.

Not a bad stay, but not great either!
Staff were great, but it was the noisy stay ever! Not the hotel or staffs responsibility to police people, but folks sure were rude! No breakfast! But at least coffee!
