HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HotelsMy stay here was horrible! There were roaches all on the wall, as well as dead roaches in every room. The Wi-Fi did not work, the bed sinked in when you sit down or lay down. The sink was a little messed up, the shower curtain was dirty , the bedsheets had holes in them as well as weird stains !

It was nats flying around.. The floor had never been vacuumed.. Bed shams cover metal slacks which I cut my leg on.. Ceiling towels look like people. Have been hiding things in them.. They are dirty with spider webs over the bed

The housekeeper who attended to your room prior to your stay should have done a better job in cleaning that room. We have since let her go for the inadequate job, she did. Absolutely disappointing.
Publié le 16 févr. 2024 sur HotelsI know that this was not a 5 star hotel, but I didn't expect the Americas Best Value Inn in West Monroe, LA to be in such rundown condition. The bottom of the door had 2 spots in which you could see daylight easily. That really made me uncomfortable. The handle on the commode nearly fell off several times (it sort of dangled) and you had to flush carefully or the water would keep running, and the faucet in the sink wobbled when you turned the water on and off. The thing that bothers me most was the open space to the outside on the bottom of the door. I detest insects, and was concerned that something would crawl through the holes and into the room. I stuffed 2 small towels into the opening at the bottom of the door to deter any varmints. I only took pics of the door because it was the worst part to me, qnd the pics are showing that you can see daylight at either end of the bottom of the door, and the last picture shows the outside of the door and the kick plate at the bottom is about to fall off. This was my first and last visit at an American Best Value Inn.
