Outside was dirty and old. There was trash all thrown outside one of the rooms. Staff was unfriendly. My wife is handicap and they put us in a second floor room and never told us the elevator didn’t work.

The night staff went above and beyond, really sweet lady. The day shift seemed to forget, when I had to call them on my cell phone (because the phone in room did not work) to tell them I was locked in my room!!! I told them the room number and they never showed up to let me out. I finally managed to get out, but this was the third floor, elevator was out. I am so glad the building did not catch on fire! I asked for a first floor room, was told they were booked solid and I had to take the third floor. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot and no more ever showed up on my side of the building….NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL. The room was passably clean, AC worked well. Looked like recent renovation but toilet was very stained.
