Nasty, don’t stay here. You will regret it.
Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe lady at the desk was rude. The hotel is run down. Our room smelled so bad. It’s in horrible shape and they made me put a $100 incidental deposit down. For what? That room was crap. So dirty. Doors didn’t shut properly. Halls were disgusting and so was the only elevator that worked. Shower was rusty and rotten. White stuff on carpet. Room was very musky smelling and humid. Pretty sure the lady at the front desk is up to something. No one has ever taken a copy of my drivers license like that. Don’t stay here. It’s nasty. I thought this would be a nice place because of the brand but it’s a crap hole! I felt dirty after staying there. Your feet get dirty from the carpet. And we had mold on the bed!! Pics to prove it.

Place had gnats, the pool that they said they had was shut down, which was the whole reason why I booked it. Not a lot of food options for breakfast. I had a question and called up there several times and the same guy kept answering and telling me to call back every ten minutes because he didn’t know and the employee who did wasn’t there but would be back. They also wasn’t very clear on rules with vapes. No one let us know they weren’t allowed and it set off the fire alarm and all they did was fuss at us. The alarm took half an hour to turn off and they weren’t knowledgeable on how to reset the alarm. It was a nightmare.

I had a one night stay and found the hotel under construction. The room had a stuffy/moldy smell. I later realized the a/c had leaked and left the carpet soaked, hence the smell. The hotel is showing its age for sure. I have stayed here several times and always found it to be ok, but this time i was disappointed.
