Disgusting Bathroom
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HotelsMy toilet was leaking at the bottom of it, and the water was seeping out of the Vinyl plank on the floor and a gentleman came in and replaced the toilet but did not fix the floor. It smelled like urine and feces. I also had no choice but to take a shower and walk in. The staff was rude, constantly asking for payment, even though Hotels.com had paid my bill for me. One night I was waiting for a phone call in the lobby, and a gentleman sat down beside me and asked Me if I needed help. I told him that they would not let me in my room because they said my room was not paid for. I feel like I have no choice but to turn this over to the authorities I am very sick with kidney failure and the hotel did not care. Please do not stay at this place because they will be rude. You will sleep in disgusting nastiness. The only positive thing about this place is it is close to the movies and restaurants.

3rd world hotel

The last two times I have come into Monroe I have stayed at WoodSpring Suites. The black lady that sits at the front desk on evening shift is always nice.

Restful
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HotelsWe always stop here on our travels. This time just a few things were missing. We had no hand towels, just washcloths, towels and a floor mat. Also missing were hangers for clothes.
