Malpropreté des lieux, mauvaises odeurs, aucun service de nettoyage des chambres pendant notre séjour.

When they say , continental breakfast, they mean muffin and ready stuff , no toast no cereals , and at 0900 it is all gone including coffee ????

Don't stay here.

The first room we were given the TV did not and the phone did not work so I had to walk to front desk. They gave another room. The TV worked but the phone did not but I was able to fix it. The floor was filthy. The carpet needs a cleaning. The Pool area was not organized. There were no lounge chairs to sit in. The drinking fountain did not work. The phone was not marked that it was for emergency only. The temperature in the hallway was freezing.

Cleaning is horrible. Evrything is so old and DIRTY. Front desk always empty. Staff looks like they are forced there. Sorry I wont stay again. Hotel is filthy.

The kitchen was very old and in poor condition with 4 burners, only one of them worked, there was little water pressure in the shower, the sink was broken and there was dirt under the bed.

The pictures was nothing like the actual hotel was and it smelled terrible like cigarettes the rugs were stained , microwave and fridge were stained and dirty and when I cancel they had the nerves to still charge me for one night when I only stayed for like an hours trying to cancel with the Expedia customer service.
