I checked in and was given a room that wasn’t supposed to be in service. The bed wasn’t even put together yet and the mattress was laying against a wall. The employee at the front desk was less than helpful or courteous about the incident. I probably will not be back.

I paid for 2 King Executive Suites but only got one. I paid extra for this type of room but they put my business partner in a handicap room (we felt bad because if a handicap person actually needed that room, we occupied it). I would like a refund of the cost difference for this one room. I talked to someone at the front desk but they didn’t seem to really care. We will see if someone reaches out.
