We checked in at 1am due to late travel. We entered the hotel and there was a shady card game in process at 1am. The check in girl was rude. All other staff through the visit was nice. Lobby clean. Our car was vandalized near the front door of the property. The answer by the GM was to give us bonus miles. They declined any accountability for the lack of security at the hotel. The room was small and cleanliness was below average including mold in the shower and a broken couch. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The AC and hot water were great. I would not recommend this property.

Decent property for the price point, the weather was a bit cold out and when we asked for the pool heater to be turned on both female and male employees had different answers. The male said Floridian pools don’t have heaters…we received a call to the room later on with a staff member apologizing for the misinformation. Overall good stay.
