They wouldn't clean the room even though I asked them and offer them to pay for it
I felt very insecure because most of the guests looked like gang members
I had to leave the hotel before I was supposed to
There's a refund they owe me
I just want them to return my money
I would never go back to that place
Neither I would recommend it

The front desk person was polite, greeted everybody then told you to wait. I was 3rd it took an hour to check in, unacceptably slow.
When the receptionist states the rules about where drugs and smoking use was allowed its going to be a rough place.
Went back to the front desk for a 3rd time waited 2 hour for dishes and I was the second person at the desk.
Property looks like a war zone. Not mainstream clientele.
Went to my room and there were no dishes, nothing, broken remote, noise from the highway.
I didnt trust my car being there, left after 3 hrs.
Garbage, skip this one.

There was only one receptionist in the office and the gentleman was very professional, however I believe two receptionist could be used at this location. I suggest a person that speaks English and Spanish. My wait period to check in took 45 minutes with 3 people ahead of me.

We checked in and had to immediately ask for cancelation as the room air quality made the rooms inhabitable. It seemed like people were smoking in the room daily. The room was not upkept at all..furniture and items were in terribel conditions. Truly disappointed...

Publié le 18 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWorst place I have ever stayed. Photos were misleading. Our room was disgusting, smelled so heavily of smoke. Floors, walls, and sheets were dirty. Cabinets were literally crumbling and falling apart. There was NO soap or towels. Literal nightmare. The only reason we stayed was because we evacuated for a hurricane & there was literally no where else to go. Stay far away.

Had lottle choice evacuatimg from Hurricane Milton
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HotelsCheck-in at the front desk was a lengthy process as there were so many people evacuating from Hurricane Milton. One couple ahead of me needed a first floor room and found out the door wouldn't lock and had no TV. A group of 4 guys were given room keys to a room that was already occupied. The next room they got they said smelled horrible. We got to our room and it was clean enough but not stocked with anything and no TV. The front desk was helpful in getting us a TV the next day along with extra towels. There was a water leak into the bathroom as the laundry center was next door. Alix at the front desk was overwhelmed but kept his cool with all the complaints and checked on us personally to make sure we had what we needed. Definitely would not stay there again but was the only place I could find that would accept my two cats.

Not again!

the shower curtain you couldn't touch with your hands because it was slimy.
There were no towels, no pillows no cups there was hair on all the floors and the corners.
We did not feel safe with the type of people they had there.
People were knocking on our door and tapping on our window during the night.
