Wanted to take a shower and there were no towels and didn’t want to walk to the front desk because there were druggies outside. It’s cheap so of course you get the drugged outside all night

%100 cancellation fee in the event of huricane!

Flight into town was cancelled because of a hurricane. I found out the afternoon after the cancellation window. Literally impossible to know I wouldn't be in town. Was charged anyway and REFUSED a refund. DO NOT EVER BOOK OR STAY HERE! Completely unconscionable, unscrupulous THIEVES! Having to dispute the charge with my bank now.
