This delightfully well appointed casita is absolutely perfect for a working short break from winter! Everything as described but even better in person. Hosts were incredibly flexible when flight delays postponed my departure and allowed a late day check out. Kitchen functions fluffy comfy bed great use of small but perfectly laid out space and living space

Location is fantastic! Susan is very responsive and the shower is great! We needed a hotspot to connect to the Internet. Crowded but clean space that is directly in the flight takeoff and land route.. But no bathroom door, so limited privacy.

Great Stay
First time on this side of state in 30 years. Came to support my neice run the Palm Beaches Marathon and see some sites. Great location. You can walk to local antique stores and great restaurants. We drove to the farmers market even though it was an easy 2.5 mile walk. Clean with all the amenities you need. If we come back will stay again. Thank you!

I want to start of by saying the owner was super sweet! The place was super cozy, has everything you need and not to mention a beautiful pool and hot tub! It’s also in the perfect location the beach and restaurants are minutes away, I’ll be returning soon.

So enjoyable
very sweet and kind host. The courtyard is a quaint shared space that was extremely dog friendly. We had the bottom level cottage, and somebody else was on the top level, who also brought their pup. It was great that our pups were able to play in the space together and in the pool. For those that were searching the reviews to find out what kind of coffee maker there is, it is for ground coffee Pool towels are available as well as a soft sided cooler which I think is amazing. The host goes to extraordinary means to ensure that you are comfortable and have all of the accommodations needed. Make up remover wipes, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioners, and body soap available. She even has two bathrobes for your use.

Susan was a gracious and kind host. The home is beautiful. The decor, design, bedding, glassware, appliances were so unique and Florida style. Boutique style home with many upgrades. Home was very clean. Pool and courtyard were beautiful. Lighting outside and the spa were a perfect way to end the day The grounds were filled w flowers and trees and unique touches, we were in a tropical escape from the world. Nice neighborhood close to the inter coastal. Walked to restaurants. Thanks for a lovely stay

Perfect getaway for our 10 year anniversary
Susan and Hilton were amazing hosts! They were just a text away and even got to enjoy an evening beverage with them! We loved the area right off antique row with lots of unique shopping and local restaurants. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get away with their loved one or on a couples trip with the ability to book the upstairs!!! Highly recommend!

Spring break Oasis!
We just had a few days to get away and this was the perfect location. Super convenient to the West Palm airport, shopping, the beaches, and eating establishments. The hot tub every morning with my coffee and then a mimosa was pure bliss! Susan was super sweet and very responsive. The Casa Pina-Carriage House was tastefully decorated and had everything we could possibly need from a complete kitchen to beach towels and beach bags/coolers. A wonderful shower!! Can't say enough great things about this property and the host!!

Very nice neighborhood. Upon meeting the owner, you feel welcome and know any needs will be addressed. Lovely gardens, cottage and comfort. You don't want to leave once inside. The detail to the decor is very nice Bring a book when not walking to a nice restaurant or cafe or the beach.

Perfect!
Perfect for two! We were welcomed by the hostess and host and their two adorable dogs. The owners, who reside in the main house, were extremely hospitable and gracious. The cottage, which is located by the pool and surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers, was safe, secure, clean, comfy, cozy, and had everything we needed! We rode bikes to shopping, beaches, grocery, and restaurants. And Ubers were always available within 5 minutes. We will definitely be back!!

An exquisite delightful property! From the moment our host met us at the end of the driveway & personally escorted us to her gatehouse thru her lush garden & pool area, we knew we were in for a safe, lovely experience! Pleasant stay in a great location!
I had a great stay while visiting PBA university with my daughter! The host couldn’t have been nicer! We got in early and she allowed us to keep our luggage at house so we could walk around and explore! Host couldn’t have been nicer and answered any questions we had! Cottage was clean and well kept! We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Property was just as pictured. Very clean, quiet and tranquill. We felt very fortunate to be able to stay at Susan's poolside cottage. We felt very safe and secure no matter where we went in that area. Many wonderfull dining options also nearby. Our 7 day stay was wonderfull.We would definitely stay here again.

Hidden oasis.
We are return guests. We have stayed in both the upper and lower level. Susan has equipped both units with everything one needs for a long stay(1 month).The beds are cozy and comfortable. All our requests have always been met. Hot tub turned on every morning for our use at 7am!! The garden/patio is a great place to hang out. Read, have cocktails and relax. The location has shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Intercostal waterway within a few blocks for short or long walks. Pets are allowed. She has dogs of her own. West Palm Beach has a lot to offer and this place puts you within a shot distance to it all.
