Staff 10/10 Room 2/10 found a couple of bugs in bed once I pulled the sheets back , I tried to switch rooms but they was sold out …had to go out and buy Lysol spray and wipes and a couple of blankets just to sleep through the night . However the front desk host was nice and gave me a new set of sheets and pillowcases.

Decent stay. Was there 3 days no one cleaned my room or bring me fresh towels Etc and the water doesn’t get take hot it’s either really warm or Luke warm. Rooms are big didn’t take expect much for $99/night

TThe location is aesthetically pleasing considering the cost, however, lacks privacy. Sound from neighboring rooms can be easily heard, making it quite unsettling to inadvertently eavesdrop on others' conversations.

Worst experience hands down
We checked in at around 5:30pm on Saturday to room 132. We opened the door and were met with a strong foul smell. We immediately tried to lower the AC and turned on the microwave fan. We had a party to go to so we had to leave rather quickly but we hoped that by the time we got it would be gone. We returned at close to midnight, opened the door and it was much worse. The AC did not stay on and the smell almost made me vomit. I left the room to speak with the front desk and there were two people complaining to change their room because there were bed bugs everywhere and they had photos. I asked the front desk if there was anything they can do and about the smell or we had to leave. The response was "OK". We left and we will never be returning. We did not get our money back or get anyone to offer to help us.
