No milk offered at the low budget "coffee station" in the lobby. Bathrooms are tiny. You need to slide between the tub and the toilet to shut the bathroom door which does not have a lock. The sink is outside the bathroom.

The gentleman at the desk was very friendly but our room smelled terrible of some sort of spray. There was a chocolate bar wrapper on the floor beside the bed so likely not vacuumed. There was a hole in the floor. Did I mention the smell!! We had to have our door open to try to air it out before we went to bed.

The employees at the desk were friendly. The room was sufficiently clean though the small piece of carpet between the beds and the chair were stained.

My fiance and 18 month old daughter booked a room here. The room smelled like cigarettes. They gave us 2 more room keys to try. The next room smelled like Mold and feet, and the third room’s bathroom was disgusting. We asked for a refund but the manager Lis said she didn’t smell any cigarettes and that the rooms were fine. She was a disgusting and very rude woman and hung up on us. We should have looked at the reviews because we aren’t the only ones that have went through something like this. Still haven’t got a refund. If you value your health, don’t stay here.

It was the least expensive lodging in the Springfield area. It had at least SOME city bus service. It was not too far from Springfield proper. The accommodations were fairly comfortable and spacious. Eateries were near by. They need more sidewalks and better street lighting for pedestrians. On a few rare occasions, we had a noise problem at night, but this was fortunately rare. The room was generally comfortable, but I noticed that the toilet seat was starting to come loose.
