Thank you for saying that it was unusable for you, as that is the issue. Nowhere in my listing do I say that the unit is handicap accessible. The Murphy bed is clearly stated with plenty of pictures. It is certainly higher than 12", but I can see how someone may have trouble getting up if they have physical limitations. The bathroom was not usable? Untrue, the bathroom is fully functioning. Not ideal for you does not equate with the statement that it is not usable in a public review. TV did not work? Untrue, you said that you got it working. There are written instructions of how to use the remote. Again, your trouble in using the remote does not mean the tv doesn't work. It does and you used it. I explained that the mini-split was still set on AC as the weather has been very warm and I told you that you had to change the mode to heat. Others with physical issues have asked many questions before making a decision whether to book this condo or not, to proactively avoid these kinds of issues. You asked NONE. The only question you asked was about laundry facilities. Your texts to me state that it’s a “cozy place”, “cute condo”, “the charm of your place is obvious”, “a wonderful place for younger folks”. I wish you had mentioned those in your review! There was nothing I could do to make the space work for you, so to give me a one-star review is quite unfair. But to say "host did not care"? I responded to every text. I explained everything I could about the tv and mini-split remotes. That statement is blatantly untrue, quite presumptuous, and frankly highly insulting. You booked a space that was not appropriate for your needs, and for that I'm sorry.
