Nous avons été obligés de partir avant la fin de notre séjour car la chambre et le lit étaient infestés de punaises de lit.

Ranch(plus en activité) mais déco réussie !

Bar n ranch est un hôtel et non ranch toujours en activité avec derrière l’hôtel un camp under canvas lui appartenant. La déco est locale et très réussie Les chambres sont avec cheminée mais l’agencement n’est pas optimisé

Personnel accueillant Chambre petite pour 3 avec valises et pas très propre (insectes morts par terre, poussière et toiles d'araignées) bonne literie mais lit trop haut : je mesure 1,67 et n'arrivais pas à monter dessus. Pas de savon, gel douche ou autres. Wifi très capricieux. Surtout, pas de rideaux occultants, De simples petits stores blancs. En même temps, si on souhaite se lever à 5h pas besoin de réveil ! Bref pour le prix ( 280 euros La nuit ) cela ne le vaut pas

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I am sorry to hear that your room was not all that you had expected, but glad to hear that you enjoyed your bed and the cleanliness. I apologize that there were no toiletries in your room, that was not intended. The light in the room has not generally been a problem, as most guests are up early to go see the park. Your review has brought this to our attention, and we will be looking into adding black out curtains for our guests who wish to sleep in and relax.

The check in was amazing, she gave us a tour and told us all about the property and the amenities offered. Such a nice place to stay. The on site restaurant was a perfect way to end our day.

This was convenient to the Yellowstone National Park area, just 10 minutes out of town. We liked the homey ranch setting and convenience of a restaurant on site. A tip for the staff would be to have fresh coffee/tea available to your guests earlier than 8 am and freshen the pot mid-morning. People want to get to the park as early as possible before the traffic and big crowds develop. Many of us early risers need that first cup before we develop a headache. It was a pretty painful wait the second morning to have a coffee pot out by 8. We had to leave and there was still no coffee by 8:10, so headache it was. ☹️ That simple service would be easy to provide.
