Donna, thanks for taking my call this morning regarding your review. We take all feedback seriously. As I mentioned on the phone the Dakin furnace is new and top of the line offering. It has been working flawlessly. Unfortunately during your stay the damper on the lower zone got stuck in the off position. I wish you would have called me immediately when you experienced the heating issue so I could have had the repairman hop right on it. It turned out to be a 5 minute service issue.

We were on a family vacation to Yellowstone

Great Family House
Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a really wonderful week, the house was thoughtfully equipped, clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for our family. The location is close to West Yellowstone, but far enough away that the setting was private and restful. Rand was easy to communicate with, and we had no problems with anything. We would absolutely stay there again. Our family lives far away from each other, we don't have an opportunity to be together often, so we were so grateful that the house really provided a wonderful space for us to enjoy our time together. Perfect Place For Family Getaway

The location was close enough to town and the park to be an easy drive but far enough away to feel secluded. The cabin was clean and had plenty of room for our family. A nice touch was the assortment of games and DVDs for our evenings. Beds were extremely comfortable. We were able to meet the host and he was very kind and personable. We had to issues during our stay.
