My husband and I spent 8 days in this spacious, well appointed co do. The patio lent itself to sunrise and sunset views that were peaceful and breathtaking. We appreciated the workout room and the brochures offered in the lobby. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful with tips and suggestions. Location and accommocant be beat!!! We will definitely book this place again, knowing it’s big enough for our 3 sons to join in, too!!

Smokers Paradise

First off, Yellowstone is incredible, and I encourage everyone to try and see it. Our stay at World Mark however was lackluster. We started out our vacation at Yellowstone in mid 80’s heat which made the unit very hot during the day since there is no A/C. This required us to open all the windows and patio door, use the ceiling fans, etc. to try and keep cool. The issue started with the next door neighbor smoking. The smoke came right in the unit, even though this was supposed to be a non smoking facility. We let it go the first day hoping they would leave, but didn’t. We complained the next two day to the facility and the host. Nothing was done about. The only relief we got was they checked out the 4th day. This was awful being stuck inside having to close all the windows with no A/C because the neighbors smoke was coming in our unit. After confronting the issue, we were told there is nothing they can do and didn’t see any evidence of smoking. I have a picture of the neighbors PBR beer can that was cut in half and used as an ash tray. I encourage you to come to Yellowstone, but recommend staying somewhere else. The host and property clearly only care about taking your money and not making it right. No refunds were offered for those days, and what can you do when you’ve traveled from a 1000 miles away except suck it up and stay put. I will never stay in a Worldmark again after this experience and definitely wouldn’t work with this host either.

Great Property

This property was very clean and had everything we needed and the location to West Yellowstone was very convenient. The property has several great amenities such as a pool and game room; however, we spent most of our time off site as there were plenty of things to do. Heidi was great to work with and very prompt with any communication!

Handicap bathroom was non-functional for us as it is designed for sitting in the shower. We could only use the second bathroom. Neither during my phone call to the property to gain a higher floor nor during check in did the property manager Wyndham, advise of this situation. Poor communication and transparency as staff had a quiet discussion during check in but didn’t include me. Also, only a few of the upper floor units have the view they show on VRBO. Our view was of the parking lot. I find both of these as Wyndham being disingenuous to customers. We understand constraints businesses face, just be open and let’s have an adult discussion to optimize value for both parties. Also, I asked for a reimbursement in my feedback and heard crickets from Wyndham. Poor communication and followup. Disingenuous pictures of view and not being upfront indicates poor staff training and poor core values of the business.

The listing specifically states the units are preassigned. The shower is plenty large enough to stand as it is a roll in shower with a seat that folds up or down for use.

Management was fabulous. Cleanliness of unit is a 4. There needs to be a good yearly cleaning under and between appliances and counters. The dishwasher was unusable, the coating on the racks was deteriorating and it had broken prongs. There is not any a/c and if you stay in the unitdurimg the day it can be stuffy. The cool evenings and the box fan made for comfortable evening sleeping.. 2 fan would be helpful (one for each bedrooms) it would also help improve air circulation. Since we spent most days in the park the a/c was not a big issue..
