It needs more maintenance, all the electrical outlets and USB ports in our room were extremely loose, the wallpapering is sagging at many of the seams, and the carpet was dingy looking, several years old I assume. I had to request housekeeping during my stay with a 9 AM cut-off time. The hotel staff was very friendly though.

The staff had excellent customer service for our 2 night stay.
However we were not alerted about poor internet services and that there was an additional cost if we needed clearer service when we checked in, that should've been mentioned. Also the pool was visibly dirty, but staff said that was the pools design. Not so.
When i go to hotels i look for that amenity. We were disappointed

A winner
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HotelsNeeded a hotel for one night in an area with which I was not familiar. Traveling solo so safety was important and cleanliness is alway important. High marks on both with friendly staff when checking in and departing.
