It was very loud in the middle of the night, our room ended up being right outside the elevator and there were 2 wedding parties staying there! It was loud for hours and we were unable to get any sleep and to say it wasn’t cheap to stay there is an understatement. We were very disappointed in our stay!

The staff communication was lacking. We asked for an extra night at same price the front desk staff agreed. Then the next morning the same staff stated no extra night was booked for us and the only available room is at much higher price.

Gamala, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're truly sorry to hear that you encountered frustrations during your stay. It's important to us that our guests feel supported and informed, and so we want to provide some clarity to you. We are reviewing your feedback with our team, and we have found that you did request an extra night at the same price. We then asked you for a card to put down in order to hold the room, to which you responded that you would let us know. Since you never put a credit card down after this discussion, the room could not be held and was booked by another guest. Your experience matters, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. However, we must follow our policy in order to keep reservations organized and established. We hope you understand where we're coming from, and that you continue to have safe travels.
