Pour : Petit déjeuner très copieux
Emplacement : Hôtel un peu excentré mais station de bus juste à côté
Personnel de l'hôtel très sympa et très serviable. Bus pour aller à Aberdeen juste à côté de l'hôtel.

Confusing stay
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsStay was absolutely fine until there was an issue in the morning checking out. There appears to be confusion with the staff about how billing goes with virtual cards. Although i had paid when i booked on 21/6/24. They asked for a credit card to take a fee of £30 which would be returned if no services used. In the morning i found on my bank app that another £84.54 had been taken. They then went to refund me and found that i had been refunded when i shouldn't have been and later £114.54 was taken from my account. I will be phoning the reservations manager in the morning and will in future pay at the hotel

Fikt hotell utenfor Aberdeen
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsEt fint hotell utenfor Aberdeen. Det gjorde nytten for for den natten vi skulle være der. Veldig greit at vi kunne bestille rom med plass til 3 (sovesofa). Frokosten var buffet med et variert utvalg. Et fint opphold.
