Le personnel était très sympathique et malgré que mon anglais est loin d'être parfait ils ont toujours pris le temps de bien comprendre mes besoin afin d'y répondre aux mieux. La chambre était vraiment propre ainsi que les lieux communs.

Publié le 4 mars 2017 sur HotelsOn m'a chargé le coût de la chambre 2 fois et je dois attendre 7à 10 jour pour un remboursement... je ne suis vraiment pas impressionnée!!!!!!

It was good we booked this hotel and paid a higher price to have the pool, and the pool was shut down this is the second time we ran into this issue

The beds were very comfortable and clean. We stayed here specifically to have our kids enjoy the waterslides in between commitments in town but unfortunately the pool/hot tub and waterslide weren't open or in working condition. An offer to reduce the price of our stay would have been nice. From what we were told the pool/waterslides are frequently in disrepair so make sure to call before you book if you are hoping to use the pool.

Hotel is nice.
We got a floor level room. Door to outside wasnt locked and when we opened it the trim came off with the flip lock.

Loved this hotel, food at continental breakfast was very good. The hotel is very nice. We ended up being moved room as our jet tub did not work in our room. We ended up in the honeymoon suite that was exquisite. Very nice jet tub, large shower, nice kitchenette and a nice big couch to sit on to watch TV.
We really enjoyed our stay and our room, it was a lovely surprise to get the honeymoon suite as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The staff was really nice and friendly. We did not get to go to the pool but my nieces and nephew did and they loved it.
I do recommend this hotel it is very lovely!

Pool and hot tub was really nice, and room was nice. Breakfast wasn’t that great as the staff didnt refill the food as it ran out or keep the plates and cutlery up. On the plus side Tim Hortons was right next door.
