Wonderful staff that offered drinks and hospitality. Rooms are fully efficiency equipped for convenience

It was very small, did not ask for a kitchenette, maybe all the rooms had it but to me it was wasted space. The mattress on the bed was newer but it was so high I could not get into bed without help. But they did accommodate me with a ground floor room because I could not do stairs.

Thank you for your time to write a review. We wish to confirm that we do have bigger non-kitchenette rooms available; however as you requested for a ground floor we gave you the only one room on ground floor which was available at the time. We mainly do have long-stay guests who come for work and prefer kitchenettes.
We have new beddings but are indeed sorry to hear that it was too high for you.

Very clean. Looked old from the outside but the room was in good condition and clean.
