Check in was easy with no issues but once we got to our room #264 I realized in the future that we need to view our room before completing the check in. Had to have lights bulb replaced, not a problem but when employee stood on countertop barefoot and didn’t clean countertop we could only wonder how the rest of the room is cleaned. Toilet seat also needed replaced as it shifted 2 to 3 inches when setting. The room was outdated and everything well worn. Choose to only stay one night and seek other lodging arrangements.

The sign on the lobby checking in said if you stain the towels or sheets you pay for them? Our sheets had stains on them when we got there plus crumbs in them and hair on pillowcase so the 2 nice people cleaning changed them immediately. Floor by the door had paint splatter. If we walked on the floor without shoes our feet got black...not clean.

Motel was dated but clean. Beds were comfortable. It was pet friendly, but if you had a pet you had to stay in a smoking room even if you didn't smoke All in all it was okay.

No maid service in between days for towels and everything you would expect for a multiple days stay !

Ended up leaving early bc our room was covered in mouse droppings . They were around the microwave on the counter and all along the box spring by the headboard.When I told them we were leaving early bc of the this , they said they would issue a refund the following day for the remaining days . When the next day came , they said oh we can’t do that all we can do is give you a new room . I originally booked and was charged for a double queen NON smoking room , when we checked in they changed our room to a single bed smoking room . Complete rip off and scam artist. Health department and consumer protections will also be contacted . The room next to ours literally put mouse traps in their room and woke up to 3 dead / caught mice throughout the night .

Excellent place to stay!!! Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to go that extra mile night or day to make sure you have all that you need. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Excellent Laundry and fitness facilities.
