Cleaning people are very attentive to your needs. The young lady at the front desk is awesome. The rest of them I don’t know about but those three right there they’re good people. They don’t have a problem with your animal as long as you show it’s a service animal or you will be charged, some of the other workers here or just not very friendly they could work on that but three of them here very friendly. Try to make your stay here very comfortable.

The first few rooms we got were terrible. Room number one had no working ceiling light, and neither the fridge nor the microwave was working. Room two we spotted three cockroaches. However, we spoke to the receptionist, Tracy, and she made sure we were taken care of and put us into an exceptionally better room. So, in the end it did work out. There are many nice restaurants and places like Target should you need (or want) to run across the street. In walking distance is another shopping center where you can get more than what you need (or want). I would say overall, I'd give the place 3 stars. I think that's generous considering the circumstances we had to go through to get to the room we ended up in.

I booked and paid for a deluxe room facing the pool. Said pool was almost empty. Checked in around 4pm. Found the T.V. didn't work. Went back to the office, told the young lady at the counter about the T.V. she said she would take care of it right away. I told her I was going out for several hours and thought it would be taken care of. I returned at 8pm, T.V. still not working. Same young lady said she would take of it in 10 minutes. Waited 30 minutes , went back to the office to talk to the same young lady, this time she came to the room and saw the T.V. didn't work, I asked for a different room. I was in room 197, we went to room 198, T.V. didn't work in there either. We went to room 196, T.V. worked, I stayed there. The wifi didn't work in this room, the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall, the soap dish in the bath tub was missing. I killed 2 small bugs crawling in the walls, and no bath towels, just a floor mat and face towels. Last time at the Boston Inn!!!

I am sure that the folks running the hotel are trying their best, but the cleanliness and state of disrepair was just awful.

First room was a disaster. Had been cleaned but smelled like disinfectant. Refrigerator not working. Extra furniture blocked access to bathroom. Second room was up to par. Very nice front office lady who apologized over and over and gave us a room in a better location that met all the promised criteria.
