Staff was friendly. Free water was a nice touch.
Rooms were nice.
TV stopped working quickly but the staff was fantastic and responded quickly. First fix didn’t work so I contacted them again and they told me exactly what to do which worked.
We had issues with the bathtub drain and controlling the room temp as well.
The breakfast was disappointing- pancake machine was broken and many food options were not available but probably just a timing thing as the employee was busy restocking.

We loved staying here. Front desk and breakfast staff are the best, they make sure everything is perfect! Hotel is extremely clean and inviting! We had sweet tea, lemonade, cookies or brownies all day! Free water too!

The pool was closed. There was as a lot of light coming through the door.

The property was excellent. The check-in was not. When the hotel called Expedia for payment the credit card they gave them for payment was declined 6 times (multiple CC #). We actually had to pay for the room again! The hotel staff was actually helpful. They said this happens all the time with Expedia. They tell people not to use them all the time. I know i won't.

My son was sick when we arrived and there was a walk in clinic that was open until 8 p.m. right in front of the hotel. Food within walking distance.

Very clean. Loved sitting out back on the patio. We got there earlier then we thought we would, got in our room right away. Very nice breakfast, was not just cold cereal and donuts. Was very impress with our stay. We will be going back.
