There is no elevator to the second floor at this facility so you have to use the stairs which I don’t think they have cleaned it in weeks. The carpet was very dirty. Going in at the facility you had a push away three or four cats.

The room was super dusty, I had to wipe the dust off of all the surfaces. We arrived very late at night from a long trip so there was no time to make other arrangements to stay otherwise we would have left.

This hotel was clean and staff was nice. It definitely suites our purpose which is just having a place to sleep while we were at our training. I didn’t like that there was not an elevator, but that is minor.

I booked a handicapped, non smoking room. When I checked in, they had no handicapped rooms available. Since there was no elevator, I asked for a first floor room, waited a little over 1 hour for it. My handicapped sister could not shower, and had difficulty getting off the toilet.
