Never, ever, again.
Publié le 25 sept. 2024 sur HotelsAwful stay. Music on until after 22.00, when I was trying to sleep after being up at 04.00 in the morning. I don’t think they realise it’s a hotel, not a nightclub.
When I complained to the ‘Manager’ in the morning I didn’t even get an apology.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We have entertainment on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, this is displayed openly in the reception and bar areas for all to see. Entertainment starts at 8:30pm and finishes by 10pm. Kind Regards,Lisa

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was tidy and clean. The lift wasn't working but we were advised well in advance. The only downside was a leak on the shower but didn't retract from our visit.

Lovely old Hotel. Room absolutely fine and clean. Very nice breakfast. Excellent service from all staff. Would come back 😀
