Lovely and special spot
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe visited to research my Moms Irish roots. We found the cottage very comfortable and bright.Aine was super hospitable and communicative. I would highly recommend her place about a six min ride from Westport.

Splendida casa nel Connemara

At Home at Oak Leaf Cottage

The natural setting was very relaxing and we could just pop into town for a meal or shopping. This property was perfect for all of us, young and old. The hosts were gracious and accommodating. I highly recommend this holiday home.

Wonderful Westport retreat

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home and in the region and hope to be back again!
Aine was very helpful through the entire process— booking, check-in and check-out — and was readily available for any questions and helpful recommendations for sites not to be missed.

An Absolute Westport Gem!

The beds were SO comfortable and the separate bathrooms for each bedroom were a real bonus. The property is tucked away in the beautiful, quiet West Ireland countryside and yet is only a five minute drive from the town center. The backyard is heavenly with a wonderful view of Chroagh Patrick. Áine is an outstanding host and communicated with us every step of the way. Margaret was also very helpful with any supplies we needed during our stay. We hope to stay again at this wonderful property next year. Thanks for a wonderful week!!

The most amazing holiday property

We loved everything about it and had the most amazing time relaxing at home and using it as a base to explore Westport & surrounds. The house is beautifully decorated, is very comfortable and had everything the 4 of us needed for our 5 night stay, which we wished was longer. Aine was so helpful with checking in and during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay there again if we return to Westport.

Reunion
Publié le 12 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe cottage has good links to other areas in the west of Ireland, it was a lovely comfortable home to relax in when not meeting up with our relatives. Also Westport and surrounding areas have fantastic seafood on their menu’s, and beautiful country side and town’s. The locals are all fantastic.A pleasure to stay at Oakleaf Cottage, Kathleen Ann
