TRES BIEN SAUF LE PETIT DEJEUNER DOMMAGE !
Publié le 23 oct. 2018 sur HotelsTrès bel hôtel et superbe chambre spacieuse, confortable, et joliment décorée. Nous avons apprécié le calme, l'environnement et la gentillesse du personnel. Juste dommage que le petit déjeuner soit pratiquement inexistant.

We have stayed here 2 or 3 times a year for many years. The last 2 times we stayed was very disappointing. I made special requests in person a week in advance, was told that there wouldnt be a problem meeting our requests and then none of them were actually met. I asked that the 3 rooms i booked be close to eachother and we ended up on opposite sides of the hotel and the person at the front dest simply told me they were fully booked and there's nothing they could do. The wifi is terrible. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. Unfortunately i will not be staying here any more.

Hi Kristina! I am so sorry to hear that your most recent visit with us fell short of your expectations. When we receive guest requests we do try our best to honor them, but we cannot always do that. With the room types that you booked there were not those types next to each other so we tried our best by getting you on the same floor. In the future, if you book direct with us, we are able to make more changes with your reservation like giving upgrades to accommodate special requests. Front desk is not always manned - you may have to wait to check in.
It is an older hotel... and some features are in need of repair - but those features are largely cosmetic.
Their website says they have high-speed fiber internet... but their wifi doesnt work at all and there are no internet jacks.

Hi! Thank you for your candid feedback. We are working to increase our Wi-Fi speeds to help accommodate guest use when we are more full in the hotel. 102 rooms is a lot to get fast speeds of internet in while as close to the beach as we are. We hope that you give us another try in the future.

Did not like being in a "pet approved" room or the switch to the unreliable smart TV's as the WiFi was horrible. We were also across from the door to the stairs.

It helps to manage your expectations- this is a 2 star hotel. As such, it’s great. It’s dated. But… 2 star! Comfortable beds, clean, and lots to do for kids. We enjoyed the playground and the volleyball court. We liked room 201 with a fridge, microwave, and stove. My (minor) complaint is slow internet and no real cable. They offer a Netflix account but it is unusable due to how many people are trying to watch it. Come with your own netflix login if you want to watch anything.

Loved the fact that they had a kids area. The kids couldn't get enough of it along with the pool area. Staff was very kind to accommodate us when we ran into an issue with our room. Will be coming back here again for future stays.
