The Space:
Main Level

Upon entering the home, to the right of the foyer is a formal dining area, a fireplace and large windows to the front yard.

Around the stairway, you'll find a great room that joins the expansive eat in kitchen to a spacious and comfy family room, with high ceilings and skylights. the kitchen is fully stocked and also highlights an espresso machine, slow cooker, toaster oven, blender etc.

Off the kitchen, sliding glass doors lead to the sunken patio and backyard. A small mudroom and laundry lead to the 2 car garage.

Around the corner from the kitchen you'll find a half bath and the home gym, lined with foam mats on the floor and full length mirrors on the walls. The gym features a TV with an AppleTV, Lagree Micro (pilates) machine, a bench, light free weights, yoga balls and resistance bands. Also provided are clean towels and a remote controlled clock with a timer. There is a full bathroom in the gym, stocked with a hair dryer, towels and shower essentials.

Upstairs

Upstairs hosts 3 available bedrooms including the master suite with a king bed, dresser, his and her closets, down linens and an ensuite double vanity bathroom and shower. Across the hall are two small bedrooms with closets, one with a full XL bed and the other with a twin XL. A shared 3 sink bathroom with tub are also on this floor.

Outside

The sunken patio features cafe string lighting over the entire space. A 72" teak dining table, comfortably seats up to 10 adults, while an outdoor sectional with built in cushion covers and coffee table makes the perfect place to snuggle outside. Large shade umbrellas, a propane gas grill and patio heater complete the space.

Beyond the patio, the rolling grass yard is lined by trees on three sides and hosts a swing-set and slide at the back of the yard. Families of deer are often strolling through the yards in this area.

Pls note, one upstairs bedroom and the basement is not included in the rental.

Guest Access:
A smartlock on the front door will be delivered on check in and valid until checkout. Parking will be available in the carport. Garage access may be available - but is not guaranteed, please inquire if it is essential.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is on an absolutely gorgeous and quintessential New England street bordered on all sides by large, 2M+ homes. It is centrally located so it is very close to downtown, multiple restaurants and beaches!

Getting Around:
You'll need a car to get around and there is parking for 2 of them in our driveway without anyone being blocked in. Biking around town is also great as most all the surrounding roads are flat and smooth.

Other Things to Note:
A hypoallergenic 9lb maltipoo does live in the space for anyone who has severe allergic reactions to pet presence.

Interaction with Guests:
I am not on the premises but available via phone, Airbnb messaging or please text me for anything urgent. If needed, I have multiple local people to call on for help to address any issues that are interfering with the enjoyment of your stay.
