Stacie at front desk was fantastic! Walls and ceilings are Paperthin, but our neighbors were pretty quiet, so we had a pretty good nights sleep!!! Overpriced for what you get, but very good location!!

I waited 30 mins to finally get checked into my room for one. The guy at the front desk stepped away and left a phone number to call but he never answered. When he did finally showed up he couldn't find my reservation, I had to get on his computer and pull it up to show him I had booked a room and paid for it. When I got in the room it was freezing cold and the heater was broken. It was supposed to be a single queen bed and instead I got two fulls. I most defiantly was not happy with my stay here.

The staff is great! We weren’t getting to town until a little later in the day. I called and asked if that was going to be ok and they had no problem waiting for us.

No management very disappointed

Had a fishing trip for 9 17 2019 made reservations for 9 16 2019 fishing was cancelled due to weather tried to cancel room could never get a hold of manager to cancell left messages and tried calling for 2 days very disappointed 3 hour drive from where we was at never use hotels.com again
