What does luxury mean?
Publié le 5 sept. 2020 sur Hotelsroom wasn’t ready when we arrived but host offered us a drink while we waited. room was Very comfortable and clean. We had to leave early the next day and had a real issue with breakfast not being provided. Understand excuse of COVID however procedure could have been easily modified to accommodate the restrictions. Host then promised to provide us a simple breakfast but failed to do so. Falls short of luxury when it comes to service in a few ways.

I’m so sorry for any miscommunication about breakfast. I am an air BnB and I don’t normally provide breakfast. I do hope you enjoyed your freshly baked croissants and in season fruit you accepted from me at 7:30am. Safe travels today!

Our stay at The Victorian luxury suites was very comfortable. Stephanie was very attentive. Our loft was spacious and cozy. All the amenities were well thought of. We would highly recommend this place.
