Would be nice if the said you need money for showering as I didn’t have any I couldn’t use these facilities.

Could do with a standard reading lamp and a box of tissues. Didn't like the large german shepards that although contained, gave me a fright when I went into reception.

Check in was friendly. Location is walkable to town,if a bit far.
It is a cabin. Washrooms are in the building next door.
Great value for the money.

Only stayed one night but it was good for my partner and I. Had a cabin and used shared bathroom. Amenities were clean. Had to pay for coin operated shower but was only $2

It was within walking distance to where we needed to be,but check in was easy. Was very warm and the little chalet had everything we needed,perfect spot for a night in and they're animal friendly too which is good to see!

The atmosphere was calm, quiet and peaceful. Two cats were sweet, and the birds in the aviary very friendly.

EXPEDIA got details wrong. Their description - You booked 1 room.
Standard Suite, 1 Bedroom (Standard Chalet Sleeps2).
Massage shower head.
But we had a one room studio Chalet no 8 (as pictured on Expedia listing)with shared facilities very close by.
As we had a long drive to the Interislander ferry next day we wanted a shower/toilet and would have paid more for this.
