I grew up visiting the Lake Almanor peninsula as my grandparents lived here, and this was my first time back as an adult and I brought my adult daughter. Comfortable lakeside stay

Best location for the best cabins
Publié le 27 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy daughter and I really enjoy this cabin. The location of it is the best. It also comes with a boat slip, which is very convenient. I love eating meals on the back deck. And just in case you forgot anything there’s a wonderful little market right across the street.

Siblings Trip
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy siblings and I rented this cabin for a long weekend. Everything was exceptional from location to check in to correspondence to amenities. The only complaint we had was the cleanliness of the cabin. I understand it’s a “cabin” but there were cob webs and spiderwebs everywhere. Stuck on food in areas of furniture and refrigerator. Nothing we could not live with.
I just think it needs a really good deep cleaning and all would be good.
Hosts were awesome!

Needs to be cleaned
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HomeAwayDishes were dirty, bedding was dirty, dirt and food in the kitchen drawers. Bath towels smelled like the last person had dried off a wet dog and not washed, so thankful we had our own beach towels we used. Overall the cabin needs a good cleaning and to be supplied by clean towels.
The second bedroom shares a wall with the adjacent cabin and unfortunately the neighbors were loud past 11pm and kept my kids up.
Wouldn’t say this particular cabin is “family friendly” due to the cleanliness and shared wall. Wouldn’t stay in this particular cabin again (#12). Even found information about past renters that had accidentally been left in the bedroom. Not sure about the status of the other cabins. Would’ve left if I knew I could’ve gotten a refund.

Great summer getaway

The property is always clean and well stocked. The resort is quiet. Perfect for families. Boating, fishing, hiking are all nearby. I can't say enough. We'll be back!

Lakeside Cabin
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayCabin is spacious, clean and well stocked with your home essentials. Want a view of the Lake.. lift the shades in the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. The master bedroom is huge with a large deck overlooking the Lake. King bed is comfy and cozy and the living room is equipped with plenty of seating area. Cabin 12 will be the gathering spot for the families. Boat rentals were quick and easy. By far Cabin 12 will not disappoint and we are returning in June of 2025 to the same cabins!
